Visit to Zhivena

On Friday, the Motýlik class was visited by ladies from Živena – a women’s association that has the task of preserving folk traditions, folk crafts and handicrafts for future generations. Our third graders heard interesting facts about the history of gingerbread and tinkering, learned how to decorate gingerbread houses and then created a heart out of wire.
