In the school year 2022/2023 was held 15. History Olympiad. From our school, 56 pupils from 6.-9. participated in the school round in all categories. of the year. The central theme of this year’s History Olympiad was Science and Technology. The best two solvers from each category advanced to the district round. From category F advanced Samuel Hrianka from VI.SB and Dušan Fuček from VI.SA. Tamara Trippé and Dávid Sidor from VII. SVB. Adam Socha and Adam Juraj Ďurajda from VIII.EB advanced from category D. From category C advanced Tomáš Krňa and Bibiána Kubáňová from IX.NA.
8.2.2023 was held the district round of the Olympiad of spelling at the Municipal Office in Žilina. The best placement of our advancing pupils was achieved by a Samuel Hrianka from VI.SA, who placed 6th. place in category F and Tomas Krňa from IX.N, who placed 14. place in category C.
