Today we actively participated in the community tree planting in the Chrasť Forest Park, where together with other schools and volunteers we helped to create a healthier forest environment.
The town of Žilina provided trees, which our pupils and teachers planted under professional supervision. The oaks, beeches, maples and firs will form a resilient mixed forest in the future. In addition to the planting itself, some pupils decided to map the surroundings and clear the forest of litter.
This activity was not only good for the environment, but also for all of us, as we experienced working together in nature, which reminded us of the importance of protecting our forests.
